Founded three years ago, Golden Hour Skin offers personalised medi-aesthetic treatments. Ayling's own acne struggles inspired her to specialise in medical-grade skincare. "I wanted a space that felt comfortable and tailored to everyone," Ayling said.
"I struggled with my own skin for years, so that's what led me here."

The steady cash flow from memberships has enabled Ayling to invest in new equipment and plan for expansion. "We're expanding because my books are getting too full. I'm looking at a new space to hire more staff," she announced.
"It works out better for me and the client because they're paying before they come in,"
The memberships promote consistent treatments and better results, and have allowed clients to maintain their beauty regimens despite financial pressures, paying in smaller instalments instead of large upfront costs.
